Originally developed for steam supply and condensate return lines, ThermoTube Type SL is also widely used for unheated sample lines, utility piping, and industrial process fluid transport.

Product Overview
ThermoTube Type SL consists of a single process tube surrounded by non-hygroscopic glass fiber insulation, a heat-reflective foil layer, and a weather-resistant polymer outer jacket.
This factory-assembled construction minimizes thermal losses, prevents moisture absorption, and provides excellent mechanical protection in demanding industrial environments. Because it is supplied in long continuous coils, installation is faster and requires fewer field joints than conventional insulated tubing.
