Benefits
Smooth Gearbox Operation
The enclosed gearbox significantly reduces the operating force required to open and close larger butterfly valves, allowing safe and precise manual operation even on high-torque applications.
WRAS Approved for Potable Water
The F622 is WRAS approved for potable water applications from -10°C to 80°C, making it suitable for drinking water systems as well as HVAC installations.
Excellent Corrosion Resistance
The valve body is protected with a fully bonded epoxy coating, while the aluminium bronze disc provides excellent resistance to corrosion in chilled water, heating water, and potable water applications.
Safe Operation
A blow-out proof stainless steel shaft enhances operational safety, while the rugged gearbox ensures consistent valve positioning and extended service life.
Low Maintenance
The resilient EPDM seat and permanently lubricated gearbox minimize maintenance requirements, reducing downtime and operating costs throughout the valve’s service life.
